To our CRMery & JForce Members,
In June 2014, we moved our Purchase, Account, and Download Member services to our new Extension Depot website. Note: Please read the Q&A below for specific instructions.
Question: With the new membership changes, where will I be able to purchase, download, or renew CRMery or JForce?
Answer: Please use our new website http://extensiondepot.com Alternatively, you may directly navigate to our CRMery purchase page (to purchase CRMery) OR to our JForce purchase page (to purchase JForce) and then click the "Purchase" button.
Once the "Purchase" button has been clicked, the website will automatically redirect you to the Checkout page. Then enter your Email Address, First Name, and Last Name. Then place a check within the checkbox for "I agree to the Terms and Conditions of this purchase". Finally, click the blue "Purchase" button at the bottom of the page where you will be redirected to the PayPal website for payment. Once payment is complete, navigate to your Purchase History page. Then click the "View Details and Downloads" link.
Question: I have an active CRMery or JForce subscription; however I am not able to login to the new Extension Depot website? I am sure that my username and password is correct. What should I do?
Answer: When we transferred your user account and subscription data from the WebSpark Inc (Joomla website) to the Extension Depot (Wordpress website), we were not able to transfer your existing password over. Instead, we setup a temporary password for each user. This temporary password is your username. In other words, when logging into the Extension Depot website your username and password are one and the same.
That said, we highly recommend resetting your password as soon as possible. The reset link is as follows:
To reset, you may either type your username or email address for your account. After the reset request has been submitted, please check your email inbox for the reset link. Within your email inbox, you will see a message titled "[Extension Depot] Password Reset. The contents of the email will include your username as well as the reset link. Simply click the reset link, then enter your new password.
Question: I have an expired CRMery or JForce subsription; however I am not able to login to the new Extension Depot website? I am sure that my username and password is correct. What should I do?
Answer: When we transferred the membership accounts to the new Extension Depot website, we only transferred the active subscriptions. This means that any accounts that expired before June 13 2014 were NOT transferred to the new website. That said, if your subscription has previously expired and you wish to subscribe, please refer to the directions above. Thank you!
Question: I have an active subscription, and I have reset my password. How will I login to the Extension Depot website so that I can download the latest version of CRMery or JForce.
Answer: Simply navigate to the Extension Depot website, click the Sign In (menu link) in the upper right corner, enter your username and password. Then, click the login button. Finally, navigate to the Purchase History page. Then click the "View Details and Downloads" to access the "Purchase Confirmation" page which includes the available download links.
Question: After reading the above, I am still having trouble logging in, accessing my account, downloads, etc. and I have an active subscription what can I do?
Answer: We are sorry that you are having trouble with your account. Please email or contact our support team immediately. The links for our support system are below. Also, please include any relevant account information such as your email address that is registered to your account etc.
Answer: Our websites will still be used! They will be available for the purposes of viewing our product's features, documentation, faqs, etc. We are merely moving the member's features to a better more centralized location. As for http://websparkinc.com/ it will be retasked for other purposes such as displaying the information pertaining to our parent company, WebSpark Inc.
